Lin is the co-founder of Reina, a creative advertising production house established in Malaysia since 2008. Over the course of 10+ years, he has been fortunate enough to provide creative media solutions to both MNC and start-up companies. He has overseen integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, TV, prints, digital and social media.
Besides work, he is passionate into miniatures collections. His is featured in The Star, NUYOU and ICON Malaysia for his massive 10 years collection of action figures and toys.
Dr See Zi Siang

Zi is the co-founder of Reina, currently he resides in Australia (University of Newcastle) to conduct academic research and industrial work. This allows him to disseminate knowledge and to make contributions in the field of creative industry. Previously he has collaborated with corporations such as McDonald's, Lafarge, Servier, Leo Burnett, DDB and Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid to develop numerous creative operations. These include collaborations with his research includes innovation management related to virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR).
He participates regularly in international conferences and provides articles for publications. He has had the honour of giving a presentation in TEDx as well.
Shawn Lin

Shawn is Reina's Chief Technology Officer and leads the company's IT and digital innovation division. He plays a key role in establishing the company's technology vision and provides leadership to the team in driving business expansion and transformation, whilst keeping abreast with leading edge technologies and industry standards. Leveraging on emerging technologies, Shawn is also responsible to drive all digital media initiatives for his clients, both locally and regionally.
Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science majoring in Information Technology from University of Wollongong, Australia. Prior to Reina, he was part of the information technology division for Sydney MIA International Telco Company.

Being one of the key person, Ping has been with Reina since day one. Specialized in imaging works including VR and AR solutions, mostly handling operations & productions while involving in creative communications.
Aside from imaging work, he is also into music composing and has been a contract songwriter for more than 10 years, published various songs locally and internationally. While passion knowns no boundaries, he extended his skills and knowledge to coffee brewing. As co-founder of 2ndspace, a cafe space enable him to share his love of coffee to all.
Ow Puei Keng

Keng started her career as video editor since early year and today she worked as a corporate video producer mainly producing creative advertisement and commercial videos. Her previous experienced also involved in Local Films and various of TV programs which shaped her knoweldge and skills in film industry.
Keng has directed and co-produced many of commercials include AirAsia Tune Hotel, CIMB, Bank Negara, Tokio Marine, INTI University, AmBank, Hitachi Malaysia, Capital Land The Mines, Setia Group and etc.
Ace Teo

Ace specializes in creative direction in commercial advertising. He has worked with design firms, SME/SMI and private companies where his creative skills helped to shape the companies brand identities and design communications. He has designed, produced and managed various projects ranging from websites, brochures, VR/AR and video productions. His work experience in Taiwan has gained him experiences in developing emotionally-resonant creatives that helps many of start-up companies to communicate better in digital world.
Ace makes beautiful images, by appointment he works as professional photographer in developing creative pictures for clients. Some of his pictures are published in travel magazines.

As an Account Manager, Joe excels in maintaining and growing long-term client relationships. Her exceptional communication and negotiation skills enable her to manage client expectations effectively and resolve any issues swiftly. Joe's strategic thinking and attention to detail contribute to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
She is skilled in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Committed to delivering high-quality service, Joe collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure consistent client support and satisfaction.
Zaim Zafrullah

Zaim specialises in Digital Creative Design, which has allowed him to execute arrays of multimedia design projects, alongside noteworthy clients such as MIA, MyPAC, Hyper Luxury Car, Principal Asset Management and etc. Zaim directs and produced short video content, also leading clients venture into Green Screen production to flourish their imagination. Combining his talents with his learning experiences from Dubai, he serves as an addition of set of skills and visions that pushes the creative team even further. His overseas experience has boosts his client training efficiency, soft skills, and as a copywriting support.
Outside of his profession, he pursues activities that tests his physical limit such as, hiking, rock-climbing, and is also a Taek Wondo and Muay Thai practitioner.
Tan Hui Sen

Graduating with a BA (Hons) in Digital Animation, Hui Sen has honed expertise in bringing characters and scenes to life through digital mediums. During an internship in China, Hui Sen served as a 3D animator, gaining invaluable experience in crafting immersive digital experiences and refining techniques in animation production. Currently, Hui Sen serves as a multimedia designer at Reina, utilizing a blend of technical prowess and artistic vision to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects that captivate audiences across various platforms.
Outside of work, as an avid gamer, movie enthusiast, and voracious reader of novels, Hui Sen embraces diverse storytelling mediums to fuel creativity and broaden perspectives.

Currently serving as a Digital Creative Designer at Reina, Jing Wei brings her expertise and flair to every project she undertakes. With a focus on crafting visually captivating and user-centric digital experiences, she consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity while maintaining a keen understanding of client objectives.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jing Wei finds solace and inspiration in the pages of novels, expanding her creative horizons. Additionally, she enjoys immersing herself in the vibrant world of K-pop, finding inspiration in its dynamic music and visuals.
